With the continuous deepening of electrification, widespread popularization of intelligence, vehicle-grid integration and global overseas expansion, the new energy vehicle industry has grown in scale. The core competition focus has shifted to quality, cost and supply chain.

As the power core of electric vehicles, the motor replaces the engine of fuel vehicles and features reversible operation. It converts electric energy into mechanical energy to power the vehicle during driving; while during coasting and braking, mechanical energy is converted into electric energy to recharge the battery and realize energy recovery.

Model 6201 bearing has a bore diameter of 12 mm, outer diameter of 32 mm and width of 10 mm. It is custom-designed for new energy vehicle motors. Made of Gcr15 professional bearing steel, its inner and outer rings go through multiple grinding processes, achieving a precision class of P6/P5.Available clearance options include C0, C2, C3, C4 and C5 to match customers’ diverse working conditions. Our noise grades are generally ZV2/ZV3/ZV4 to meet buyers’ various requirements on noise performance.
